The name Sand and Serenity was derived from the proximity to our beautiful lake and beaches, while having a peaceful retreat to return to.  We are centrally located 15 minutes north of St. Joseph and 15 minutes south of South Haven, 2 miles from two public beaches.
This is a brand-new modern home set back in a private setting on a wooded lot where you can escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. This house is perfect for couples, small families, or a small group of friends.
The home has three bedrooms and two baths. The master bedroom features a large master bathroom. The second bathroom has a full bathtub. Both bathrooms provide ample storage. Each bathroom has towels, washcloths, shampoo, soap, and conditioner.
We are able to accommodate up to 10 people. Two of the bedrooms have queen size beds. One bedroom has a twin bed with a trundle and also a full-size bed. There is plenty of storage with large closets and plenty of hangers.  A pack and play is available, along with a strap on highchair seat.
The large kitchen is equipped with just about anything you could need, glasses, dishes, pots, pans, utensils, plastic wear for children and of course wine glasses. A full-size refrigerator, gas range, dishwasher, microwave, and even a crockpot and air fryer! Included is a Keurig with pods,  a traditional coffee maker, toaster and blender. For barbecue nights, there is an outside gas grill with utensils. The kitchen has a table that seats six and additionally two stools at the spacious  counter.
The living room has a brand-new queen sectional sofa sleeper where you can relax and watch a movie on the 55-inch television. All the popular apps are downloaded through Roku to sign in. We do provide Netflix and Hulu.
The home has central air and heat.  Laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer (laundry pods and dryer sheets supplied.
But you didn’t come to Michigan to sit inside. My favorite feature is the spacious covered deck. Laid out with a patio table for six and two lounging wicker chairs. There is plenty of room to relax or catch up with family on those rainy days. The back yard is spacious while still working to grow grass due to new construction. On those chilly Michigan nights there is a firepit for enjoyment.
